HVAC Engineer will be fully responsible for management of all phases of the Cooling Projects, includingprequalification with clients, projects hunting, tendering, engineering, labor, material, and equipment to ensure that project engineering and specificationsare followed and work is proceeding on schedule andwithin budget.
