Qualifications :
Degree in Human Resources or Training & Development

Skills, Knowledge and Experience :
• 2 - S years of related experience
• Able to facilitate training up to and including management, leadership training and soft skills
• Experience with Succession Planning
• Experience with Quality Systems
• Experience with writing and implementing own training material and the delivery of.
• Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
• Computer literate especially with presentation software.
