Overview CRM Technical Administrator should be part of the IT Team and
helps support the Microsoft CRM environment. He will work closely with
other areas of IT and the business unit to maintain the existing
environment from a technical point of view (IT support) and plan for
future enhancements.
He should be involved in entire CRM implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, data cleansing and migration, development, testing and support.
Qualifications
Thorough working knowledge of Windows Reporting Services.
o Strong knowledge of Web Services
o Strong knowledge of SQL, Exchange
o Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
o Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
Education/Certificates and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS preferred
o 3 + years of experience with Microsoft CRM.
o Location: Saudi Arabia – Riyadh
Language Skills English – Arabic – French
Responsibilities / Duties Include the following and other duties might be assigned:
• Serve as single point of contact for gathering, reviewing, and implementing look and feel changes within MS CRM system including entity, form, and view changes (includes configuration type of changes only). Does not include customizations that require coding.
• Report Creation/Customization: Responsible for report writing process. This includes gathering, writing, reviewing and obtaining approval on report requirements documents. Will also include actual development, testing and implementation of the reports.
• Helping the business to understand the effort, risk, and impact of making changes to the CRM system.
• Facilitate the day-to-day management of application as needed.
• Coordinates the rollout of enhancements to the production environment, which includes coordination of all IT areas involved in the rollout.
• Serves as an escalation point of contact for trouble-shooting , related to system defects and bugs
• Keep up to date on CRM releases (patches, upgrades, etc.), CRM news and industry information
• Provide implementation support to end-users and IT
• Perform installation, upgrades and support of the server, workstations (Outlook Client), and e-mail integration
• Understanding of MSCRM data structures and functionality
• Understanding of end-user system usage (e.g. screens, tables, business processes and procedures)
• Provide technical guidance in data analysis, data gathering and system design
• Oversee (or perform) changes to database fields and screens
• Provide technical guidance re: integration with other in-house systems
• Perform user administration (e.g. security)
• Develop queries and/or SQL Reporting Services (SRS) reports
• Import data on an as-needed basis
