1) Basic: Bachelor's degree or higher (depending on experience) in project management, engineering and computer (with a focus on software development) or equivalent from a recognized university.
2) 2 to 6 years experience in the knowledge system of health applications.
3) extensive experience in health care and knowledge of the (DICOM, IHE, Database / SQL, ETL Tools, Scripts, XML, Web Services, EMR systems)
