Job Description/
Responsibilities 		• Reconcile statement of accounts from suppliers and shipping companies • Monitor cost control for accuracy • Input invoices from agents • Produce report, as appropriate • Allocation of cash/bank receipts and payments, as appropriate • Allocation of cash payments • Reporting on monthly company turnover • Credit notes • Maintain confidentiality in relation to access to accounting data and matters assigned to from time to time

Profile • Accounting degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which knowledge and abilities can be acquired as necessary • Background in Freight Forwarding Accounts • Experience using Accounting Software • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral • Customer Friendly • Ability to multi-task • Computer savvy
