What are my responsibilities?
·         Lead the Protection Team as Line Manager
·         Development and standardization of customer specific protection applications
·         Resource planning and forecasting for the Protection Team
·         Quality control for all EA SYS Protection systems
·         Provide technical training and guidance to team members
·         Provide technical support to sales / tendering team during tender stage
·         Providing technical support to clients related to EA SYS portfolio

What do I need to qualify for this job?
·         Detailed knowledge of Numerical Protection relays
·         Good knowledge of SIPROTEC and REYROLLE products
·         Understand the nature of Engineering & Commissioning tasks
·         Experience in dealing with customers in the Middle East
·         Motivation for satisfying demanding customers and partners and putting their requests first
·         Leadership skills
·         Minimum 6 years Protection application knowledge combined with commissioning experience of HV protection systems
·         3 years experience Leading of a team >5 employees

What do I need to know?
·         Strong Service attitude
·         Assertiveness and strong presentation skills
·         Willingness to travel frequently with in the UAE, neighboring countries (Lower Gulf Region) and Europe
·         Willing to work during flexible working hours, including weekends and overtime
