Financial Analyst

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration from an international reputable university.
2. MBA, CFA or CPA certificate from internationally recognized institution.
3. Background in Corporate Finance, Banking with minimum of 3-5 years experience in business valuations and treasury.
4. Strong quantitative abilities, including financial modeling skills with strong written and oral communications.
5. Bilingual is a must and Understanding of Manufacturing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1)Analyze and evaluate business opportunities.
2)Preparation of due diligence, financial analysis & deal structuring.
3)Building spreadsheet models and feasibility studies for projects, cash flow forecasts, scenario analysis, risk assessment, return analysis and valuations.
4)Screening and evaluating of investment opportunities.
