This role is responsible for preparing all detailed technical drawings for each project and ensures proper communication with all departments to ensure that the design is as per brand requirements for each new retail store. Main duties in this role include:

1. Request Lease Outline Drawings (As Built Drawings), Design Criteria and Mall presentation from Leasing Manager and prepares the Design Brief.
2. Performs drafting operations for the determination of project plans and collects data for Project designs.
3. Develops and drafts engineering drawings and plans, for any Brands that are designed locally
4. Issues final approved design to QS for BOQ preparation.
5. Ensure that the sign off procedure for the design is completed before the project moves to the next phase.
6. Maintains communication with Brand, Brand Partner, engineer and the Contractor for any architectural, engineering or construction issues
7. Performs fieldwork, documentation, research and drafting tasks of engineering data as requested by managers

To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills and attributes:
Minimum 3-5 years technical experience in construction, architectural/design consultancy
Skill in updating, maintaining, operating and evaluating all AutoCAD software and related equipment
Latest version of CAD & computer skills are must.
Good understanding of Construction methods.
