1. Maintain safety
standards and caution the crew for deficiencies in safety. Seek
necessary technical assistance from HSE advisor.
2. Bring awareness among crew on the quality and HSE requirements.
3. Ensure all activities related to project are carried out as per customer requirements/ specifications, drawings and project quality documentation.
4. Liaise with QAQC & HSE dept and ensure the quality and HSE requirements for the project are complied at every stage of project execution.
5. Responsible for site execution activities and administration of involved functions at site.
6. Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements at all phases of project execution at site.
7. Monitor progress of the job and report to client and HOD / attend client meetings and liaise with QAQC and HSE departments for any corrective actions necessary to meet the customer satisfaction.
8. Reports to Project Manager on day to day work progress and request for additional resources to meet the work load and client site instructions.
9. To monitor job in progress& arrange necessary tools & consumables.

11. Effective utilization of machinery/ manpower aiming productivity.
12. Bring awareness among crew on the quality and HSE requirements.
13. Reporting the poor workmanship and incidents to QAQCE / QC inspector for initiating corrective and preventive measures
14. Meeting clients regularly & issue progress reports
15. To liaise with the client for necessary approvals on the scope changes/work completed.

| Profile | Graduate / Diploma in Civil. Minimum of 5 total years of experience, with at least 2 years in Oil and Gas company related experience. Work experience in Civil works, construction and commissioning, maintenance. Exposure to Oil and gas facilities and related Civil works. Good supervisory skills/ documentation, familiarity of specifications/standards. |
