Supervisor Catering and General Services
Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for the effective day-to management of the catering arrangements and food delivery in Alba canteens. Plan and control ALL of the food services, promoting the catering service at all times through customer care development and training of the staff. The jobholder will also be responsible for maintaining adequate level of hygiene and cleanliness of the canteens and perform other activities related to employee general services.
Requirements:
The suitable candidate should have a bachelor or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or equivalent discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related experience . Excellent command in English and Arabic (both oral and wi itter’t and good computer literacy is a must.

The jobholder will be responsible to provide financial budgetary and cost
accounting services, Prepare annual budget arid provide actual cost reports for each accounting period.
The job holder will also be responsible for procurement of material and services and control club inventory and administer all daily operational activities related to employees wages administrator, stationery, and contract maintenance.
Requirements:
The suitable candidate should have a bachelor degree in accounting with a minimum 7 years of related experience. Excellent command in English and Arabic both oral and written) and good computer literacy is a must.
