The Account Manager for Mobile Advertising will manage the Agency's
Client accounts and all facets of Client Services associated with the
delivery of mobile advertising and marketing campaigns. A large focus
of the role will be on securing new business from both existing and new
client opportunities.
Administering all day-to-day activities, at a senior level.
Establish and maintain a productive communication between Clients and the Agency at all times.
Ensure that the Agency’s actions are in line with agreements, procedures and budgets, and reflect a unified and agreed strategy
Assist in the management and delivery of services to the Client.
Planning and coordinating all promotions and sponsorship activities when required.
Ensure a smooth and effective workflow of activities directed at the Clients
Write contact reports and forward these to the Client within 48 hours of meeting Clients.
Write monthly status reports for each account.
Forward recommendations and analysis to the Client as appropriate.
Ensure that Client’s accounts are correct and delivered on time and that payment is received to agreed schedules.
Assist in the professional development of the Account Executives within the agency.
Responsible for all Critical Path Schedules to ensure launch of projects to agreed schedules.
Budgetary responsibility (achievement of revenue and adherence to expenditure budgets) for Agency and Client
Annual budget compilation and quarterly reviews.
