-    B.Sc. degree or higher Education in Mechanical Engineering, with 10 years experience in Building Mechanical services, particularly Plumbing.
-    Strong knowledge of Building Codes UPC, NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA.
-    Excellent communication skills with strong personality. -Strong knowledge about Mechanical equipments & Materials.
-    Speak, write & communicate very well in English.
-    Strong Leadership and ability to improve work productivity and quality.
-    Experienced in GCC Countries.

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Required for a major reputable group in Damam Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
Review technical submittals for Mechanical Equipments HVAC & Plumbing, and study mechanical drawings, attend coordination/Management meetings, coordinate the MEP services with various departments, resolve & propose solutions for site queries, prepare manpower schedule for projects and progress reports, prepare procedures & method statements for executing Mechanical services, execution and follow up of Mechanical works with site Engineers, follow up material procurement and delivery.
