(1) Civil Engineer.
Graduate with minimum 12 years experience in the construction of multi-storey residential & commercial buildings (5 years in the Gulf preferable) independently handling the projects and have the knowledge of contract administration. Computer proficiency in quantity surveying preferable.

(2) Mechanical Engineer.
Graduate with minimum 7 years experience (3 years in the Gulf) in design and supervision of HVAC & fire fighting, plumbing & drainage & BMS in multi-storey buildings. Experience using software programme preferable. Both positions must hold Bahraini driving licence.
