The ideal candidate
should be able to:
• Design, develop and implement an Internal Audit Control for the Group
and ensure its timely implementation.
• Undertake constructive audits for Management to review effectiveness
of controls, financial records and operations.
• Verify that all departments are compliant wit the company’s policies,
plans, procedures, applicable laws, rules & regulations and
whatever deviations are identified and queried/reported.
• Inspect and examine records to ensure proper recording and reporting
of all transactions.
• Investigate reported or discovered incidence of wrong-doing and
recommend disciplinary action against erring or undesirable personnel
of the company.
• Verify physical existence of assets with relation to pertinent asset
records and recommend necessary measures to safeguard such assets from
any possible exposure to risk and also ensure that all assets &
resources are used efficiently and economically.
• Perform risk focussed audits and make recommendations to the
Management in order to correct weaknesses and install internal controls
for cost reduction and increasing efficiency.
• To methodically document audit findings and draft audit reports
ensuring that issues are swiftly communicated to the Management and
resolved as early as possible.
• Monitor progress on the actions recommended by Management based upon
audit reports and prepare periodical progress updates. • To perform any
other duties as required or to undertake any other functions as
directed by the Management.

excellent communication skills. Most importantly, the candidate must be
a long-term player. - Ability to work alone and to plan projects with
minimum requirements and to complete the work without required
deadlines. - Knowledge of Business Objectives and various Business
Processes in complex environments such as Information Technology,
Telecommunications, Human Resources.
- Ability to think creatively & constructively to proposed
recommendations for improvements to the existing procedures/ policies
of the company.
- Demonstrate excellent and analytical skills in proposing well founded
conclusions.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management along
with good communication and listening skills. - Experience in GCC
countries will be an added advantage.
