IT TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: .

• Minimum 3 to 4 years related experience providing second-tier support to end users for either PC or Server.

• Must interact with Network Services, Software Systems Engineering and / or applications development

• to restore service / identify and correct core problems. . Able to stimulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties and to reduce user problems.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation in IT or Business Administration with IT.

• Knowledge of Network and Tier 1 and 3 Response Techniques, must be an experienced user of the MS Office Suite.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent English skills and Arabic will be an advantage. . Microsoft MCP or MCSE / MCSA Certification is required.

NETWORK ENGINEER

Job Summary:

• Minimum 4 to 5 years experience.

• Must know current standards and terminology used for LANs / WANs.

Must recommend appropriate Network addressing systems, appropriate layouts for various network configurations / connection devices, coaxial and fiber-optic cables and wireless for a given situation.

• Will assist in design, implementation and servicing of networking technologies, platforms and products.

• Should maintain infrastructure with 100% uptime requirements and communicate with downstream users regarding maintenance needs, platform capabilities and service degradations.

Educational Requirements: .

• Computer Engineering or Graduation in IT.

Skills and Knowledge: .

• Excellent English skills and Arabic will be an advantage. . Practical knowledge and trouble shooting experience on below technologies. . Desktop I Network Operating Systems — Windows 2000 / XP / Visa / Windows

• WAN Technologies : MPLS, Frame Relay, ATM, SMDS, ISDN, Ti / T3 or El / E3 Leased Lines, CSU I DSU, X.25 • Network Protocols : TCP / IP, IPX, SNA • Routers Cisco, Nortel, 3Com, Juniper. LAN I SAN Switches: Cisco, Foundry, Extreme, Cabletron / Enterasys, 3 Corn, Avaya

Firewalls: Checkpoint, Cisco, Unix Ipchains .

• Will need to have a validated Cisco CCNA / CCNP.

NETWORK TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: .

• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in supporting LAN and Network Systems, support structures with connectivity consisting of several Microsoft Windows Advance Server File Servers, Bases-T patch panels, Cisco Switches, PC workstations and Laptops, Printers and other specialized PC based Servers to include E-mail gateways, web-based programs / applications and custom developed and commercial off-the—shelf applications is required.

• Supporting computer operations, LAN management and maintenance, PC installation / maintenance, Network configuration and troubleshooting and cable installation and maintenance.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation in IT or equivalent degree.

Skills and Knowledge: .

• Excellent English skills and Arabic will be an advantage . Must have Microsoft MCSE 2003 or MCSA 2003 certification

TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: .

• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience with large organization in IT / Helpdesk support for Desktops, Laptops, Servers and Printers.

• Troubleshoot problems with Windows XP Pro, Windows Server 2008

• Trouble Shoot problems with Outlook 2007

• Work with exchange Server and Antivirus Software

• Internet Explorer. Office 2007

• General Network Troubleshooting. Level 1 problem determination and support for all IS equipment

User support . Device / cabling and Software installation of PC.

Educational Requirements: .

• Graduation with Computer Science

• MCSE / CCNA is advantage.

Skills and Knowledge: .

• Excellent English. Requires knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (XP and beyond), component interfaces (SCSI, USB and PCI), PC / Laptop Hardware configuration (sound, video and network interface) and configuration of network attached printers.
