In order to strengthen our Mechanical Field Service Organization, we are looking for highly qualified and motivated leaders and contributors to shape the future of the Power and Industrial Applications Services in KSA. We are looking for strong personalities with the following qualifications

Project Managers / Project Engineers (Mechanical)
Certified in Mechanical/Electrical engineering with at least 10-15 years experience in minor and major overhauling of steam turbine, gas turbine, centrifugal compressor centrifugal pumps and rotating equipments with the skill of project management.
Must be a Senior Engineer and should have been in a Managerial position for at least 5 years.
Candidate must have excellent team management abilities and able to lead a team of professionals specialized in mechanical field services. Should be able to formulate creative and progressive plans to execute tasks within time frame set by the client.

Mechanical Engineers –
Certified in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 — 10 years experience in overhaul work and service of large both Gas & Steam Turbines of Siemens or Westinghouse or any other rotating equipments (GE, MAN, Alstom, MHI, Parsons, Elliot or others) with associated auxiliaries. Ability to perform and lead turbine disassembly, inspection, repair as well as reassembly and balancing.
Candidate must have excellent team management abilities and able to lead a team of professionals specialized in mechanical field services. Should be able to formulate creative and progressive plans to execute tasks within time frame set by the client Crafts Supervision, planning and scheduling outages by MS Project and Primavera.

Instrumentation and Control Engineers –
Certified in Instrumentation, Electric or Electronic Engineering with 10 -15 years experience in trouble shooting, maintenance and commissioning of different control system like TXP, TXP 3000, Siemens and GE Mark-V, Mark-Vl with associated installations in different Siemens, GE Gas Turbine and Steam Turbines. Candidate should have knowledge in calibration of test and measuring equipments, controllers, pressure devices, control valves, temperature gauges, etc.
We expect from the above candidates to have a proven track record of successful craft supervision, planning and scheduling of service work as well as excellent communication and coordination skills with customer as well as with their subordinates. Further, they own profound project management as well as budgeting and cost tracking skills.

Generator Specialist –
Certified in Electrical Engineering with 10 -15 years experience in trouble shooting, testing, overhaul and repair of different Generators. Capability of doing tests on Generators like Di-Electric absorption test, Partial Discharge test, Hi-Pot test, Tan-Delta test, residual life assessment of stator and rotor winding, preparation of final report of above tests and recommendations.
Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera will be advantageous.

Mechanical Technicians / Millwrights -
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, must have minimum 5 years experience and ability to disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, install and commission of combustion turbines, steam turbines (preferably on Siemens “V” machines and Westinghouse Gas/Steam Turbines) as well as auxiliary equipments and other rotating equipments like Compressors, Pumps etc. Candidate must be familiar with alignment of rotating equipments and laser alignment knowledge will be an added advantage.

Instrumentation Technicians
Diploma in Instrumentation, Electric or Electronic Engineering with 5 years experience in maintenance, calibration of test and measuring equipments, controllers, pressure devices, control valves, temperature gauges, etc. Knowledge of control system like TXP, TXP 3000, Siemens and GE Mark-V, Mark-Vt with associated installations in different Siemens, GE Gas Turbines and Steam Turbines would be an added advantage.

Valve Technicians
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 10 - 15 years experience in maintenance of different types steam valves (Main Steam Stop valve, Emergency Stop Valve, Re-Heat Valve, By-Pass Valve) and other types of valves. Working experience in a Steam Power Plant would be added advantage.

Non Destructive Test (NDT) Inspector
Certified NDT inspector (Level 2), 5 years experience to perform visual inspection of components, welds, coatings and final inspection of repaired components, producing reports for each item inspected. Maintain records, inspection reports and due dates for calibration of equipment. To perform non-destructive tests (NDT) in the repairs of turbine components, perform fluorescent test, dye penetrant inspection, ultra-sonoghraphic test and eddy current test on turbine components, producing reports for each item inspected. Perform dimensional and airflow inspection of turbine components as per repair specifications, producing reports for each item inspected.

Electrical Rewinders
Qualified electrical personnel, 5 years experience in the field of rewinding generators/industrial motors for the Power & Petrochemical industry, are invited for the position of Electrical Rewinders.
Candidates must have prior hands on experience working on 2 Pole Turbo Generator stators and rotors, AC & DC medium and large electric motors up to 10MW 13.8kV. Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to trouble shoot and analyze problems, follow instructions and complete the paperwork.

Mechanical & Electrical Training Instructors
Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, 5 years experience as a Training Instructor. Candidates must have prior hands on experience in developing and preparation of training materials and outlines for courses, conduct course and training program, conduct evaluation or review, prepares, administer and mark test papers to evaluate trainee’s progress.

• All applicants must be fluent in English (speaking and writing). Able to analyze maintenance problems. PC Skills in MS Word, Excel. Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as team spirit.
