• Provide Pre-Sales Technical Support for activities related to design
of various networking solutions for enterprise customer covering LAN,
WAN, Security, Unified Communications, Data center, NOC, SOC, SP
segment etc.,
• Provide Implementation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance support to field engineers on Cisco Networking Products for certain critical customers
• Generate RFP, Respond to Tenders, Prepare technical solution write-up, present solution
• Prepare High-level, low-level design document as per project needs
• Conduct Proof-of-concept & demo on various technologies to customers
• Provide regular product update to pre-sales, post-sales, sales team & customers on upcoming technologies
• Work closely with sales / marketing team right from the project start till the deal closure
• Get trained on New Technologies and products based on project demand and execute projects individually

| Profile | • In-depth knowledge about TCP/IP Networking and Protocols • Intermediate knowledge on in network equipments configuration as well in Network Design and Security • Problem-solving and Troubleshooting abilities along with strong organizational and communication skills • Strong documentation and reporting skills as well as high performance in projects • Cisco Routers & Switches: Routers (800, 1800, 3800, 7200, & 7500 Series), Switches (2960, 3560, 4500, & 6500 Series) • Cisco Network Security: Cisco PIX (501, 515, 525) and ASA 5500 Series • VOIP: Cisco Call Manager Software, Cisco IP Phone • Wireless: basic knowledge • Network Protocols and Technologies: TCP/IP, VPN, IPSec, GRE, SSL, UDP, RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, HSRP, QoS, Ethernet, Frame Relay, VLANs, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SNMP, SMTP, SIP, H.323, Wi-Fi (802.11) etc • Cisco-Presales knowledge will be an added advantage • Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP will be an added advantage |
