• Provide Pre-Sales Technical Support for activities related to design of various networking solutions for enterprise customer covering LAN, WAN, Security, Unified Communications, Data center, NOC, SOC, SP segment etc.,
• Provide Implementation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance support to field engineers on Cisco Networking Products for certain critical customers
• Generate RFP, Respond to Tenders, Prepare technical solution write-up, present solution
• Prepare High-level, low-level design document as per project needs
• Conduct Proof-of-concept & demo on various technologies to customers
• Provide regular product update to pre-sales, post-sales, sales team & customers on upcoming technologies
• Work closely with sales / marketing team right from the project start till the deal closure
• Get trained on New Technologies and products based on project demand and execute projects individually
