alternative) Previous experience in similar trade mainly related to large industrial projects. Able to read and implement engineering details as per drawings. Full knowledge of required trade activities. Knowledge of Material requirement and capable of working out material quantities. Strong Personality - Should have leadership qualities to lead a team of skilled workers and gang leaders. Previous experience in leading a group of workers is necessary. Possess leadership qualities and team work spirit Good knowledge of English both reading and writing necessary |
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise a team of skilled and laborers and follow up there performance.Monitor work quality of his team and that the construction operations are running according to plan, specifications and drawings.
Report his team requirement and performance.
Enforce company regulations on his team in relation to quality, safety and execution.
