Education:Architect or Civil Engineering Degree from a reputed University
Location:Qatar
Age:30 to 35 years
Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in construction of large projects
Language:The candidate must be fluent in English - Speak, Write & Read
Others:
Full knowledge of:
Material evaluation
Material quantity estimation
Technical submittal preparation
Project documentation
Good communication & negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Contractual terms and suppliers' obligations including payment terms.
Fair understanding of construction Project schedules.
Good knowledge of MS Office and fair understanding of AutoCAD.
Gulf experience desirable.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare & follow-up technical submittals for material procurement,
Verify quantities & request bids from suppliers
Prepare comparative statement of bids received
Able to negotiate with suppliers
Able to initiate purchase order terms & conditions for suppliers and enforce it.
Keep proper Project documentation.
