| Others: | Full knowledge of: Material evaluation Material quantity estimation Technical submittal preparation Project documentation Good communication & negotiation skills Good knowledge of Contractual terms and suppliers' obligations including payment terms. Fair understanding of construction Project schedules. Good knowledge of MS Office and fair understanding of AutoCAD. Gulf experience desirable. |
