? Responsible for administration and management of the overall sales effort for the Deformed Bar trading division
? Responsible for overall sales management including the sales team.
? Train and develop team members for succession.
? Manages processes and procedures.
? Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training / coaching, and appraisal of his sales team
? Responsible for reviewing, improving and implementing systems and procedures to facilitate efficient sales operations in support of the department's business plan.
? Work with the Management to target low performers and develop action plans with the supervisor to increase productivity
? Implement sales initiatives that will increase departmental productivity Identify training issues and concerns to ensure appropriate training, coaching and counselling is provided to the team
? Motivate team to exceed sales goals
? Identifying problems and recommending action plans to improve and attain departmental sales goals
? Develop and analyze performance through reporting tools, employee interaction and direct observation
? Coordinate with the concerned Sales person so as to ensure customers receive timely quotations
? Keeping the Management aware of administrative and procedural matters within the department.
? Be an Integral part of preparation of annual budgets and sales forecasts for the division
? Gather information regarding competitive products and pricing within the market place
? Ensure regular visits by self & the team to customers/ prospective customers so as to maintain & nurture existing relationships / develop new relationships
? Partner with the Management and HR to set clear annual goals and expectations for team members
? Develop and implement Sales Training programs for the front line associates
? Constantly look to& Identify opportunities for sales & revenue improvement

| Profile | ? Possess good IT skills in line with the need of the function ? Customer relationship management and conflict management skills ? Result-oriented person with strong organizing, planning, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills ? Proven Track record in Sales of Deformed bars within the UAE & having managed fairly large Deformed bar sales team will be key ? Should possess extensive business network in the target market ? Creative problem solver who takes responsibility and can effectively manage multiple priorities and projects. ? Ability to consider and evaluate the interrelationships of numerous factors during decision-making. ? Ability to build and sustain relationships in a multicultural environment. ? Must be prepared to work varied hours if required ? A willingness to travel is necessary ? Works collaboratively and encourages others to do the same ? Possess a valid UAE Driving Licence |
