The role f Legal Adviser at Gulf Drilling company is challenging but rewarding position. The position involves , but is not limited to advising or legal issues, counseling the company on their legal rights and obligations, interpreting and applying laws to specific situations.

The candidate will also represent the GDI in dealing with external legal consultants and will draw up legal documents as well as manage and / or advice clients on legal transaction. The role also involves evaluating findings, developing strategies and arguments in preparation of the presentation of cases, examining legal data to determine the advisability of depending or prosecuting a lawsuit.

The candidate will be required to have the qualifications, experience and capabilties:

- Bachelor degree in Law
- 8 - 10 years experience, preferable 3 - 5 years in the oil industry information handling and legal analysis .
- Information handling and legal analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
