The IT Support - Technician will be supporting our team of 100 people who maintain our flagship online service.

The successful candidate will be competent in providing end-user desktop support to our employees; additionally, he/she will be required to contribute to certain projects of the Technology team as required.

Required Qualification/Skills:
    * Holder of BS in Business Computer.
    * With 0 – 2 years of field related experience.
    * Fluent in English and Arabic – French as asset.
    * Provide day-to-day and weekend operational IT Support.
    * Recognize new developments in information systems technology, and anticipates organizational modifications.
    * Ensure confidentiality and reliability of corporate data, proprietary information, and intellectual property.
    * Advise the IT Manager on weaknesses, strengths, and potential problem areas in the current IT workflow.
    * Experienced with technologies such as: Windows 2000/2003 Server, Active Directory, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers and other network administration technologies.
    * Proficient in Linux and other Linux-native software.
    * Respond to, track, and resolve all IT-related issues.
    * Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
    * Willing to work on weekends.
