To take complete charge of all 'hands-on' task related to setting up a banks in the CIS Region. Duties includes:
getting involve in licensing process
arranging physical/logistics infrastructure on site
sorting out issues with the concerned licensing authorities
assisting in recruitment of staff

Profile	Fluent in Russian language is essensial SKILLS: excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
