•Maximize sales promotion and brand activities through effective planning and preparation to exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
•Manage and control all the aspects of store operations to promote cost effectiveness and profitability.
•Develop an annual strategy and sales forecast for the store to be presented to the Store Operations Manager by the end of each year.
•Analyze available data and retail KPI's (units per transaction, footfall, conversion and average spend) to improve store and department performance, and provide recommendations and suggestions to the Store Operations Manager to enhance profitability and sales.
•Shrinkage Control
•Ensure that company standards of housekeeping, grooming, presentation and professional conduct are maintained.
•Maintain, enforce and supervise merchandising standards with regards to selling, displaying, stocking, cleaning and maintenance.
•Direct, coach, support and delegate store tasks to the store team. Monitoring their performance to achieve store targets. Motivate the team, develop their potential and develop staff for next level to take up more responsibilities and grow.
•Identify training needs for store staff to ensure relevant/value added training needs are delivered with support of store operations manager.
•Analyze stock management information available to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.

Profile •Graduate with tertiary qualifications in Sales & Marketing/Retail Management.
•Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent command of spoken and written English ; Knowledge of Arabic advantageous.
•Professional appearance and demeanor.
•Exposure to multi cultural working environments an advantage.
•5 to 6 years' retail sales experience.
•Must have team management experience
