within agreed upon service standards, and Delta policies, procedures
and authority limits, so as to ensure maximum client satisfaction and
company efficiency


Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high customer service orientation in dealing with various clients
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Good quantitative abilities
• Good analytical skills
