Requirements:
> Applicant should be a graduate.
> Work experience of minimum three years in UAE travel market is necessary.
> Applicant must have knowledge of ticketing / Galileo / Sabre.
> Must be a IATA or equivalent certified.

Responsibilities:
> Supervise the ticketing counters.
> Process airline ticketing reservations.
> Handle customers queries and concerns effectively.
