Following up & finalize all the issues at courts especially Labor, Criminal and Commercial cases.
2.Giving advice, recommendations & legal implications to other departments.
3.Have a good experience in governmental authorities’ affairs, police stations, courts, corporate legal firm…etc as and when required.
4.Running internal investigations in case of company rules & regulations.
5.Reviewing and drafting all company contracts, agreements & engagement letters with suppliers, third parties, and authorized dealers..
•Education: Faculty of Law.
•Registered at Bar Association Egypt: Appellate.
•Work Experience in Legal/Law field: Minimum 7 years
•Computer Literacy: Ms Office (word - Excel).
•Languages: Good command of spoken and written English & Excellent command of spoken and written Arabic.
•Excellent communication skills, Dynamic & self-motivated, able to work under pressure, Able to adapt new policies.
