Role Purpose:The Operational Development Specialist is responsible for developing and formulating policies, processes, workflows and templates, as well as overseeing their implementation, publishing them and updating them continuously.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identifies and analyses the "as is" processes.
- Updates share point and organization charts.
- Prepares induction plans for senior back office new joiners.
- Prepares store operating manuals that include duties and tasks of each employee.
- Delivers training on Visio and Igraphics.
- Prepares structures and internal policies and procedures for newly established departments.
- Monitors implementation of redesigned operations and key performance measures.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge::
- University degree.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in iGrafix, MS Project and Visio.
- Process Professional Certificate in Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Logical reasoning.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
