Role Purpose:The Operational Development Specialist is responsible for developing and formulating policies, processes, workflows and templates, as well as overseeing their implementation, publishing them and updating them continuously.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Identifies and analyses the "as is" processes.
  • Updates share point and organization charts.
  • Prepares induction plans for senior back office new joiners.
  • Prepares store operating manuals that include duties and tasks of each employee.
  • Delivers training on Visio and Igraphics.
  • Prepares structures and internal policies and procedures for newly established departments.
  • Monitors implementation of redesigned operations and key performance measures.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge::
  • University degree.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in iGrafix, MS Project and Visio.
  • Process Professional Certificate in Six Sigma or equivalent.
  • Logical reasoning.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
