Monitors implementation of redesigned operations and key performance measures.
Role Purpose:The Operational Development Specialist is responsible for developing and formulating policies, processes, workflows and templates, as well as overseeing their implementation, publishing them and updating them continuously.
Key Accountabilities:Identifies and analyses the "as is" processes.

Prepares store operating manuals that include duties and tasks of each employee.
Delivers training on Visio and Igraphics.
Prepares structures and internal policies and procedures for newly established departments.
Monitors implementation of redesigned operations and key performance measures.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Knowledge::University degree.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in iGrafix, MS Project and Visio.
Process Professional Certificate in Six Sigma or equivalent.
Logical reasoning.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
