The Junior IT Infrastructure and Networking Specialist is responsible for installing, maintaining and updating all hardware materials and related operating systems/applications as well as providing technical solutions to all users.

Inspects and installs IT related hardware equipment and networking components.

Ensures proper completion of tasks.

Loads specified software packages such as operating systems, office applications.

Ensures systems' proper functioning and network stability and takes necessary measures to prevent system failure.

Instructs users in use of equipment, software and manuals, as well as ensures that IT policies and procedures are applied and respected.

Recommends or performs necessary remedial actions for correction of problems.

Coordinates activities with externals solution providers, network services, IT teams or other information systems groups.

Provides updates, status and completion information to his/her direct manager.

Ensures defective or inadequate software packages are replaced.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
