• Proactively target and develop technical opportunities in conjunction
with ATI Sales Team by performing customer visits, presentations,
updates, training and demonstrations as appropriate.
• Advise and recommend products to best fit the customer’s requirements. Help channel partners to offer the best solution to their end user.
• Build BOQ/BOM for requirements that meet customers budgets.
• Convert competition specifications to ATI products and ensure that the solution meets the requirements of the customer. Sell the advantages of using the ATI solution to the customer/channel partner.
• Occasionally help partners perform installation/commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Organize trainings for channel partners, end users occasionally and ensure their knowledge level is to ATI’s satisfaction.
• Interact at all levels, from Network Engineer to CTO.
• Maintain a database of technical resources in channels, and end users and periodically run technical programs for them. Work with them to identify up- selling opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline of opportunities being worked on and perform regular follow up.
• Keep up to date with the product roadmaps, technological direction of the company and strategic objectives.

| Profile | Professional Qualifications: • A thorough understanding of Networking solutions i.e. Routing and Switching, Security, LAN and WAN technologies, Network Management, IP Telephony, Wireless. • Knowledge of and experience with (but not limited to) the following vendors: Cisco, 3Com, HP Procurve. • Knowledge and experience of professional service delivery. • Preferably Cisco CCIE or CCNP • Use of design tools. Experience Required: • Customer facing experience, ideally in a relevant Pre-Sales area in the technologies described above. • At least 8 years of experience • Bachelors degree in Engineering |
