An experienced Digital Marketing specialist who is aiming to make the next career move. Excellent copywriting and editing skills and with sound understanding of the web and IT technologies. Someone who is creative, have an eye for detail, and a self starter. The ability to communicate at all levels, have a flexible approach and the ability to work as part of a team. Should have good people- management skills. Should be a minimum graduate with at least 3 years experience handling a similar function. Post Graduation and experience in the financial sector would be advantageous. 1.Managing SEO performance of all Group web sites 2.Developing, managing and monitoring online advertising campaigns (specifically Google ad-words campaigns). 3.Liaising with IT, and external web design agencies to develop, design and content- manage web sites and intranets in line with brand guidelines and corporate requirements. 4.Monitoring and reporting of search engine rankings and web site hits/downloads. 5.Identifying initiatives to improve web site usability, search engine performance and data capture; and working with colleagues to develop and implement new web strategies. 6.Developing corporate data sheets/e-mail campaigns/ presentations/PDF flyers/adverts to meet internal requirements. Thorough understanding and experience of SEO management. 7.Demonstrable experience in planning, managing and evaluating online advertising campaigns . 8.Experience of managing external web design agencies. 9.Solid technical understating of web design and structure. 10.Experience of interpreting, maintaining and developing corporate brand guidelines. 11.Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines. Exposure to the sales cycle, particularly using web sites to generate and track leads. Client side online marketing experience - preferably services marketing (ideally financial services). |
