Education: Four years engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 10 years experience in material/equipment purchasing & expediting, contracting and related matters in a similar industry. Furthermore the candidates need to have advanced knowledge in procurement/vendor inspection techniques & requirements as well as in ISO procedures. Basic computer knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities: The successful person shall supervise all purchasing activities covering equipment, spare parts, materials and supplies both in the Kingdom and abroad for our construction, fabrication and O&M departments serving the petrochemical, oil & gas and other process industries. He is also to negotiate supplies of labor with sub-contractors in the Kingdom covering contractual terms and conditions.
