Profile -Gulf return experienced candidates will be preferred.
-Relevant experience on large scale residential projects or major civil works preferably with consultants.
-Should be able to handle work pressure under various conditions.
-Cost control, Familiarity with International methods of measurement and command and authority on FIDIC/ conditions of contract.
-Ability to articulate and interpret Contract conditions
-Diplomatic
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-A high degree of organization, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Experience 15 - 20 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil ) , PG - Master of Technology/Engineering ( Civil )
