| Profile | • Excellent in design and presentation skills • Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges • Development of design from preliminary sketch • Working Drawings and Detailing. • Good understanding of building services and coordination. • Versatile in using design software such as AutoCad, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage • Able to prepare architectural reports and documents. • Knowledge of Local bylaws Desirable should dynamic with good communication skill. • Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions • Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure • Good Management and Leadership skills. |
