Applicants must be able to Co-ordination with client, submission of claim and payment application, claiming variation & addition, maintaining & monitoring projects till handover of project and follow-up for payment certificates.

Profile	-A relevant degree or recognised similar qualification is essential -Preferably MRICS or equivalent -Gulf return experienced candidates will be add on advantage -Relevant experience on large scale residential projects and/or civil works in a Client team -Demonstrable skills or knowledge in: Cost control, International methods of measurement and FIDIC forms of contract -Ability to articulate and interpret Contract conditions -Diplomatic -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English -A high degree of organization, self-motivation and ability to work independently
