JOB SUMMARY: Ensure that the Company Commercial Procedures and Policies are being followed in the projects and provide the projects commercial managers with necessary support and guidance in respect of commercial and contractual issues. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONISBILITIES Assessment of the Contract Terms and Conditions prior to submitting of any tender and high light the effect of same. Investigate any differences versus the Contract and get the management informed about any changes. Analyze data to spot areas of deficiencies, highlight to the top management the potential risks and recommend preventive actions required. Participate in the contracting process as a critical person to avoid any unplanned liability. Participate in studying necessary measures to be adopted in case of any likely commercial or contractual hazard threatening the project profitability. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager which include but no limited to the above mentioned duties |
