The role of the Customer
Services Assistant is to attend to the efficient management of customer
service/client-related aspects of the testing operations of the centre
and to provide administrative support to the centre manager. The
customer services desk is the first point of contact for all business.
The appointed must convey a professional and friendly manner in handling
enquiries, receiving customers and dealing with complaints and
difficult situations and must have proven skills in managing the front
desk.
* Post-secondary diploma (at least two years) in administrative secretarial field.
* Bachelor’s degree would be an added advantage.
* 3+ Years of Work experience in similar role in a Educational/ Customer Service (Industry specific experience would be an added advantage).
* Strong work ethics.
* Good IT skills in usage of ERP, MS-Office applications, Internet & Mailing systems.
* Good Keyboard skills in English (and preferably Arabic).
* Demonstrated work effectiveness as a team member in a multicultural environment.
