Main Duties:
Be an accredited Assessor
during Development & Assessment centres to observe record, evaluate
and rate the behaviours of candidates in simulation exercises including
but not limited to Group discussions, competency based interview, and
role play. Administer occupational testing sessions to candidates both in BAH and at test centres across the GF network, as required. Assist
Development & Assessment Centre Manager in the conduct of
appropriate job analysis across different occupational types within Gulf
Air. Assist in the preparation and delivery of development and assessment centres. Score
assessment tests and exercises according to the standard scoring system
and provide comprehensive reports of candidates' performance and
profiles to be used in selection decisions. To
actively participate in data integration and selection panels for
decisions on candidates as outcome of the assessment process. Assist in formulating and updating norm groups. Write assessment and development feedback reports. Provide feedback to candidates in conjunction with line management on Development & Assessment Centre performance. Provide assistance within Development & Assessment Centre relating to other learning and development events.
