  1. Be an accredited Assessor during Development & Assessment centres to observe record, evaluate and rate the behaviours of candidates in simulation exercises including but not limited to Group discussions, competency based interview, and role play.
  2. Administer occupational testing sessions to candidates both in BAH and at test centres across the GF network, as required.
  3. Assist Development & Assessment Centre Manager in the conduct of appropriate job analysis across different occupational types within Gulf Air.
  4. Assist in the preparation and delivery of development and assessment centres.
  5. Score assessment tests and exercises according to the standard scoring system and provide comprehensive reports of candidates' performance and profiles to be used in selection decisions.
  6. To actively participate in data integration and selection panels for decisions on candidates as outcome of the assessment process.
  7. Assist in formulating and updating norm groups.
  8. Write assessment and development feedback reports.
  9. Provide feedback to candidates in conjunction with line management on Development & Assessment Centre performance.
  10. Provide assistance within Development & Assessment Centre relating to other learning and development events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. University degree in organisational development, occupational psychology, business psychology, organisational behaviour, or closely related field.
  2. Certificate in occupational psychometric testing, personality measurement and Occupational personality testing,
  3.  3-5 years in facilitating sessions which involve interacting with people, testing and report writing.
  4. 3-5 years experience in selection and assessment centre; conducting behavioural based interviews  advantage, 0psychometric testing, and personality assessment.

License or Certificate:

The incumbent must hold or be eligible for or similar to at least one of the following:

  • SHL Occupational Testing Certificate level 1, or any other Occupational Testing Certificate recognized by the British Psychology Society.
  • SHL Personality Measurement Certificate (Occupational Personality Certificate) or BPS Intermediate level B Certificate.
