• Master’s Degree in statistics, economics, social science, or development studies or any other related field.

Experience:

• Specialized academic or policy experience in poverty reduction; formulation & implementation of poverty reduction strategies & policies, labor & employment policies, and social safety networks.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in poverty policy development and analysis.

Beginning September 2009, the UNDP Iraq Country Office has been reorganized with two Programme Pillars, namely: a) Governance; and b) Economic Recovery & Poverty Alleviation (ERPA) with the objective to promote a more harmonized response to Iraqi priorities.

Designing, writing, developing, and executing test plan, test specifications, and test cases.

Reporting and tracking all defects, bugs, and issues.

Proactively resolving software issues.

Helping in the standardization and implementation of testing methods

Works with IT to conduct testing to meet project timelines.

Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according the standards agreed upon by the business unit and IT.

Provide in-house and onsite training including new services & products.

Understand current systems functionality.

 Provides testing input (testing materials, testing data) to proceed with all test scenarios.

Monitor business processes & system work flow.
