To supervise the landside operation delivering an optimum guest experience at all ‘touch points’. Acts as a senior point of liaison for third party customer service staff ensuring that Etihad Airways ground handling requirements and customer service standards are met at all times.

The person will provides services, ensuring the safety, well-being and general comfort of passengers, in accordance with the provisions of the Air Arabia Operations Manual and Air Arabia Human Resources policies and procedures. He/she should also be able to identify situations where the safety, well-being and general comfor of passengers is at risk and takes remedial action, notifying supervisor accordingly. The person will also inform Senior Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and Captain, as appropriate, of irregularities and malfunctions. Checking of emergency equipment, catering equipment and other specified equipment, reporting deficiencies to Senior Cabin Crew and/or Captain would aslo fall within the purview of this role.

- Receive and manage the project documentation from the head office and the field being responsible to work with the latest revision - Inspect the site to verify the readiness of the areas where the work has to start - Verify together with the material controller (under his responsibility) that materials are available at site before the mobilization of people for the concerned activity - Anticipate and work-out any non conformity in the composite drawings before the activity begins - Handle all the issues related to electrical activities - Compare project budget quantity and hours with the related dates received from the site supervisor concerning the quantities and activity cost codes - Verify that activity codes are reported in the appropriate documentation for the productivity follow up - Keep one master copy of all the drawings with the mark-up of the job executed upon completion of a zone - Responsible for handling the issuance of material requisitions by the material man - Instruct the store keeper to segregate the material belonging to a system or a certain drawing, in an area at disposal of the foreman who will execute the works - Discover the reasons of material shortage (whenever a shortage occurs) and overcome the problem by recording the event and making a prompt and appropriate action towards the project manager - Agree on a system to record the quantity installed together with the foreman, and under the responsibility of the site supervisor on a daily basis.

Excellent command of both spoken and written English language is required. - Excellent command of both spoken and written Arabic language is required. - Good command of German language is a plus. - Excellent command of MS. Office applications (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
