= Electrical Engineer
- Min. 10 yrs. Experience in G.C.C in Building Construction and preferably with grade A Certificate

= Planning Engineer
- Min. 5 yrs. Experience in G.C.C in Building Construction.

= Agricultural Engineer
- Min. 5 yrs. experience in G.C.C in Building Construction and preferably Arabic speaking.

HVAC Design drawing works for construction projects 5-8 years experience for HVAC Design Works Excellent written and oral communication skills Awareness for relevant codes and practices.

Civil Engineer or Diploma Holder with skills and experiences for quality estimation, measurements of finished for works and transformation of work executed to monetary values for billing preparations.

4+ years in trouble shooting of PLC(Siemens step 7 – 400 and Modicon)
Knowledge in trouble shooting for instruments and PLC will be an advantage
Knowledge in trouble shooting for MV VFD and soft starters will be a plus advantage

Experience: 10–12 years related experience in project management covering cost control/scheduling programs for construction projects.

1) Executing the Manager instructions in respect of quality assurance & quality control at site.
2) Follow on daily basis the jobs under execution.
3) Meeting on regular basis with QA/QC officers & listen to their problems & advise on suitable solutions.
4) Review the present system of execution & propose better solution which could be faster, less costly & gives better result.
5) Controlling the equipment, machineries at site-factory & check if proper regular maintenance is conducted by the maintenance department & check if daily maintenance has been conducted by operator.
