Education: Four years engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 10 years experience in material/equipment purchasing & expediting, contracting and related matters in a similar industry. Furthermore the candidates need to have advanced knowledge in procurement/vendor inspection techniques & requirements as well as in ISO procedures. Basic computer knowledge is a must.

To plan, organize, prioritize and control estimating activities for all enquiries/proposals and estimates.
To review Client specification, prepare, coordinate, review and distribute estimates in accordance with Company policy and procedures, workflow.
Preparing RFQ packages to Vendors and review quotes with Engineering & Production Department support for preparation of accurate estimates.
To re-estimate and issue fabrication, man-hours and material costs as requested by the Management.
To utilize cost reports to develop an item cost database for items manufactured by Internal and external fabrication facilities.

• Proactively target and develop technical opportunities in conjunction with ATI Sales Team by performing customer visits, presentations, updates, training and demonstrations as appropriate.
• Advise and recommend products to best fit the customer’s requirements. Help channel partners to offer the best solution to their end user.
• Build BOQ/BOM for requirements that meet customers budgets.
• Convert competition specifications to ATI products and ensure that the solution meets the requirements of the customer. Sell the advantages of using the ATI solution to the customer/channel partner.
• Occasionally help partners perform installation/commissioning of equipment at customer sites.
• Organize trainings for channel partners, end users occasionally and ensure their knowledge level is to ATI’s satisfaction.
• Interact at all levels, from Network Engineer to CTO.
• Maintain a database of technical resources in channels, and end users and periodically run technical programs for them. Work with them to identify up- selling opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline of opportunities being worked on and perform regular follow up.
• Keep up to date with the product roadmaps, technological direction of the company and strategic objectives.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related Field. 10 years experience logistics/shipping, preferably with oil/gas construction materials. Excellent planning and problems solving skills. Computer literate. Fluent written and Spoken English and Arabic. A good team worker with supervising capacity.

3 years Diploma with 5 years or 2 years of trade certificate holder with 7 years experience in electronic equipment used in onshore/offshore marine communication, navigation, entertainment, industrial electronics and general electronics.

Follow-up of Purchase Orders delivery and close coordination with freight agent to ensure the shipment to meet company construction/fabrication requirements without any time loss. Upon arrival of company consignment in UAE Seaport/Airport, shall be required to perform complete customs clearance and Transportation Services to the same to company facility at Mussafah or any other point of delivery as instructed by Company without incurred any demurrage.

Higher Secondary. 3 years work experience in a reputed organization with knowledge of handling customs documents. Familiar with Airport/Seaport customs clearance formalities. Knowledge in computer application MS Office, including Arabic Typing. Fluent in Arabic/English reading and writing. UAE valid driving license holder. Able to work independently. Active & Energetic, to be able to work under pressure.
