• Designing, writing, developing, and executing test plan, test specifications, and test cases.
  • Reporting and tracking all defects, bugs, and issues.
  • Proactively resolving software issues.
  • Helping in the standardization and implementation of testing methods
  • Works with IT to conduct testing to meet project timelines.
  • Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according the standards agreed upon by the business unit and IT.
  • Provide in-house and onsite training including new services & products.
  • Understand current systems functionality.
  •  Provides testing input (testing materials, testing data) to proceed with all test scenarios.
  • Monitor business processes & system work flow.
