Verify quantities & request bids from suppliers
Prepare comparative statement of bids received
Able to negotiate with suppliers
Able to initiate purchase order terms & conditions for suppliers and enforce it.
Keep proper Project documentation.

Minimum 5 years experience in construction with good experience in HVAC projects.
Good technical knowledge in construction execution.
Possess leadership qualities and team work spirit
Gulf experience advantageous

- Minimum age of 20 years
- Minimum am reach of 212 cms, on tip toes
- Minimum high school education with fluency in written and spoken English required
