Engineering Degree (Bachelor’s degree and up preferred)
8 years in the Network planning / designing / operation functions in the Telecom industry with a focus on NGN and 3G. Good knowledge of latest project management tools and techniques

Engineering Degree (Bachelor’s degree and up preferred)
Good experience in IP/MPLS and Security for at least 10 years (At least the majority with telecom operators)
CCIE and/or JNCIE
Excellent Presentation and Communication skills (English)

Ten years experience in Quality Assurance.
Certified ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor
Expert in ISO9001:2008 requirement.
Fluent in English and Arabic both oral and written is a must.
Good in operating computer (especially MS Office)
Independent, high initiative, self-driven person and able to work under pressure.
Able to work in team and excellent interpersonal skill.

The Senior Project Manager - Network Delivery will manage the delivery for a group of Network Development systems/nodes, including Radio/Core/Access/Infrastructure & VAS projects in coordination with related projects managers to obtain benefits and control not obtained from managing them individually by applying knowledge, skills and techniques to projects activities to meet projects requirements.

Gather, analyze and present relevant, reliable and sound reports & analysis to give support to decision making and provide sound visibility to Budget team for forecasting exercises.

Key role in securing reliability of company’s performance metrics.

Responsible for technical installation, administration, maintenance and support for IT Enterprise Systems and Services. He/She will participate on designing and implementing new projects in IT Enterprise area.
